Coronavirus Postal Service Impacts:

We have been notified by our delivery partners of delays in their networks due to recent events. Some items are taking a little longer than usual right now due to high parcel volumes and ongoing COVID-19 restrictions. There are higher than expected delays with Australia Post parcels. We apologise for the inconvenience.

Moon Monkey bucket hats are carefully gift-wrapped. Orders placed before 5pm will be dispatched within 2 business working days after purchase. We provide regular Australia post service. Registered Australia post service and Express post service are also offered upon request. Additional charges apply.

Please ensure all your shipping address details are up-to-date and correct. Moon Monkey is not responsible for items that are lost or stolen during shipping.

Payment must be made in AUD dollars.

We want you to love your purchase. In the event that you have received a faulty item, we offer a full replacement or refund. Please email us at hello@mymoonmonkey@gmail.com and we will be happy to work with you to resolve the situation.

We only provide refunds for goods in the event that they are damaged upon receipt. We’re sorry, Moon Monkey cannot provide refunds in any other circumstances (i.e. change of mind etc), so please ensure you are happy with your selection before finalising your purchase.

Refunds must be requested within 24 hours of receiving goods. Please don't send goods back until your case is reviewed and confirmed by Moon Monkey.

By purchasing from Moon Monkey, you accept the terms and conditions of the sale.

• We will require a photo of the fault.
• Products must be returned with tags attached, in its original packaging.
• Once refund is approved, Moon Monkey will provide all details for returning goods. No product refund can be offered to customers where there are signs of tampering and/or wear of the relevant items. We reserve the right to reject any returns not found in its original condition.
• When seeking to return any goods, the customer must pay for the return postage.
• All refunds will be issued via the payment method you used to purchase the items.

All items will be shipped carefully; Moon Monkey is not responsible for stock damaged in transit. All of our products leave in a very safe and well-packaged state. All delivery drivers are instructed to leave parcels at the letterbox or front door if premises are unattended. This is at the risk of the customer. Once the parcel has been delivered to your shipping address, Moon Monkey takes no responsibility for any damage or theft that may occur.

Please note, sun exposure causes skin damage. Our hats provide protection to areas directly covered by the hat, and a lesser extent areas shaded from the sun. Shaded areas on the face, neck, and other exposed areas of the body should be protected by a high factor sun cream.

This bucket hat contains small parts which could be a choking hazard to children under 3 or any individuals who have a tendency to place objects in their mouths. Please avoid children chewing tie up straps or hat fabric. Please discard hat once components come apart in wear and tear. Children must be supervised under adult supervision. Please remove all packaging before use. Retain packaging cards as it contains important information. If your child has sensitive skin and is prone to skin reactions, please be aware that our hats are made from 100% Polyester. Do not sleep with bucket hat. Use with adult supervision only.
