STORE POLICY / REFUND / LIABILITY:
We want you to love your purchase. In the event that you have received a faulty item, we offer a full replacement or refund. Please email us at hello@mymoonmonkey@gmail.com and we will be happy to work with you to resolve the situation.

We only provide refunds for goods in the event that they are damaged upon receipt. We’re sorry, Moon Monkey cannot provide refunds in any other circumstances (i.e. change of mind etc), so please ensure you are happy with your selection before finalising your purchase.

Refunds must be requested within 24 hours of receiving goods. Please don't send goods back until your case is reviewed and confirmed by Moon Monkey.

We will require a photo of the fault.

Products must be returned with tags attached, in its original packaging.

Once refund is approved, Moon Monkey will provide all details for returning goods. No product refund can be offered to customers where there are signs of tampering and/or wear of the relevant items. We reserve the right to reject any returns not found in its original condition.

When seeking to return any goods, the customer must pay for the return postage.

All refunds will be issued via the payment method you used to purchase the items.

All items will be shipped carefully; Moon Monkey is not responsible for stock damaged in transit. All of our products leave in a very safe and well-packaged state. All delivery drivers are instructed to leave parcels at the letterbox or front door if premises are unattended. This is at the risk of the customer. Once the parcel has been delivered to your shipping address, Moon Monkey takes no responsibility for any damage or theft that may occur.
